Meet Charlie: Watch a Q&A With Site Structures Landscape's Founder
Happy Silver Anniversary, Site Structures! Charlie Bourdages started Site Structures Landscape in 1996, and now -- here in March 2021 -- he's preparing for the company's 25th season. So this seems like a good time to get to know Site's founder with a little Meet Charlie video.
As Charlie explains in this Q&A shot at Site's shop in Eliot, Maine, he'd much rather be outside fixing trucks -- or even maybe planting more trees in ankle-deep water? -- than answering emails in the office. He's that kind of CEO.
Watch to hear Charlie explain why he started his own company and why he named it Site Structures -- with a logo designed by his friend, renowned local artist Bill Paarlberg. Charlie also reveals what he's most proud of achieving after 25 seasons, and it's pretty awwww-worthy. And you won't want to miss his lovingly detailed description of his favorite customer of all time.
And we started a YouTube channel? I guess? This Meet Charlie video is our first foray into that world. (Look out, Spielberg!) Clearly we're no experts, but please subscribe to our little channel so we're motivated to create future content. Maybe some How To videos on pruning, mowing, installation, with answers for any landscaping questions you might have? Could be fun.
Email us and tell us what we should tape and we'll get on that. We've been here for 25 years, we might as well keep evolving with the times to stick around for 25 more. Thanks for being here with us for this milestone season!
